They told me they could not push my order to the front of the line even though it was their mistake and it would be 45min to an hour. They used DoorDash to deliver and didn’t give the driver a tip. I didn’t feel like it was my responsibility to tip her when I had already given the Pizza Hut driver 20%

For some reason I don't know but it's been making it very difficult to order and this happened to us like at least six times and I'm over it. You would think they will call and say do you want all cheese On all six pizzas? Or was that an error?😜 Well for now if I want something from Pizza Hut I will call the order in or go in and order it myself cuz doordash app when you ordering the pizza just does not seem to be right. And even I believe we order on Pizza Hut website and still came out the same way so I don't know maybe it's just me but I'm tired of just getting all cheese pizza when I order a variety.

He didn’t have the wings and said he’d go back to pick them up. I called to ask that new ones be made since it’s been 40 minutes since I ordered them originally and the person couldn’t be bothered to look up my order and went in a circle of me telling her what I ordered and her asking again what I ordered. There is a reason Pizza Hut isn’t as popular as they once were. Save your money and go literally anywhere else!
