    Table was dirty and sticky. Soda fountains spills, running low on napkins and needed cleaning. Pleather sofa shows wear on arm rest. Order kiosk didn't print receipts or had number tents available. Food was good and food was brought out promptly in a timely manner.

    Fries were great. Coke was great. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger through Doordash 3 times. The first had no bacon, the second had 3 pieces (as it should) the third had 1 and a half pieces of bacon. Contact with the customer service people was ridiculously frustrating. I will never, ever order through this restaurant again.

    I ordered a Big Mac with no onions. I stated that I was allergic to onions. I got my burger, went home. And BAM, onions. I went back and into the store to get it right. 2nd time, it was right but wrong. It was made with malice. Top bun, meat, cheese, meat, middle bun and bottom bun. I was pretty pissed by now. Got my money back and will never go to that store again. Because, I told them I was allergic to onions. My allergy to onions causes me to be in a shitty mood because I HATE ONIONS.

    I took my daughter to lunch on March 13th, 2026 to find that the manager setting the standard is no where NEAR up to setting ANY standard in a food establishment. The only way I knew she was a manager was by my asking another employee if she was a manager. Health violation #1: Bullhorn right out the nose. The reason this is a hazard is because those pieces can come out on thier own at anytime and end up in your food. Side of metal anyone with just a smidge of boog? No thanks! Health violation #2: Smacking her gum that she's not suppose to be chewing. As you smack, saliva comes out of your mouth and onto others food hence the health code. Another reason is because the gum cal fall out of your mouth. Lastly chewing increases the risk of spreading illnesses like Norovirus through hand-to-mouth contact. Ew! Last but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST!! This one is the most disturbing. While we were sitting at our table, you could clearly see whos working the front as well as the drive thru. This SAME woman was standing in front of the soda dispenser as she used her hand to DIG IN the front of HER PANTS to grab her phone and started playing with it while standing at the drive thru. Surely I don't need to explain why or how this is a health code violation. As soon as I saw this, I was disgusted. In conclusion, my household will not be going back to this location. At least not until this one is gone gone gone and gone. Since I don't have a name for the manager, I have a photo.

    I went through the drive thru got a $5 meal and used a coupon , I had another coupon that I used on a seperate order, I go through the young lady told me my total was $5.88, I pay and drive off , a few minutes later I check my account to see they charged me $10.54 for what was $5.88, i immediately go back and let them know , I speak to a young lady who said she was manager, I tell her what happened and she tells me that it’s a hold on my account but it never does that for anything else and show her that she continues to try and argue with me instead of acknowledging the problem, I speak with a different manager , he was a great help and deserves a promotion, but he looks up my order on the computer and sees that the code did not go through on the order , but continues to give my refund
