  The past several times we have ordered from this Mcdonalds. Either through the mcdonalds app, door dash, or drive thru they have consistently left things out of our orders . They used to be great but it has gone downhill bad especially in the evenings. Missing food , drinks, straws, sides, burgers made sloppily, it's been really frustrating. I don't recommend ordering from here.

  They have you pull around to the other side of the building every single time now and the biggest problem with this is that they do it to every car. They then wait until they have 3 orders ready at once which means your food is done but you’re waiting on 2 other orders to be finished before they bring the food to your car. I know that they are doing this to keep their average drive-thru time low, but it’s not fair to the customer. Multiple times I’ve had to walk back inside after they drop off my food because the order is incorrect. Every time I order the seasonal hot honey dipping sauce they give me hot mustard instead because the expeditor is not reading the full description on the screen. This is a huge inconvenience. I may just start telling them that I’m not pulling around because I don’t care about your “av time” if you’re not going to deliver in a timely manner OR get the order correct. Terrible practice and it’s all being done to appease regional managers or corporate. *EDIT* Nice reply, McDonald’s, but that generic feedback website is far from actually addressing this issue. Must be nice making billions of dollars and running your restaurants like slumlords.
