    I always try to gives places the benefit of the doubt, especially this wingstop since it’s one of my favorite fast food stops. I understand places get busy, short staffed, or it’s just an off day, but it’s becoming constant here at Blue Springs. This location has new owners and ever since their staff has been awful. No proper greetings, sour faces, snarky attitudes. Not very diverse. The place is constantly trashed, almost all of the soda besides diet was out. I wasn’t able to get a picture of the kitchen, there was chicken and fries all over the floor. The trash was stuffed to the brim. The windows look like they have never been cleaned. My 5pc tenders 2 of them that were supposed to be the new flavor had no flavoring on them. Someone needs to do some serious re evaluations of their establishment. It’s sad to see it go under.

    This location is literally ran HORRIBLY. The whole restaurant is FILTHY, like I’m not even kidding, and staff was just standing around when they could be picking up. The entire soda machine was out of every drink other than zero sugar and the cashier (who isn’t welcoming or pleasant at all) didn’t even mention that. I definitely would recommend trying another location if you can…

    I ordered through door dash and did not get all my food I called the dasher and they told me to call Wingstop when I called them they was very rude a told me I had to call my DoorDash I calf her back and she went up to Wingstop to get the rest of my order and the woman for Wingstop said no I already talk to him and he ain’t getting nothing. Called back to wing stop and asked to speak with the manager and she said that the manager was busy and if I had a problem with my order to call some other time there to busy to worry about a few missed items Never again will I go there and I’ll make sure a lot of people know

    Placed 2 orders one at 12:04pm and 12:44 pm this afternoon for wings to feed my daughters softball team. Showed up at 6;15pm to pick up my 6:30pm order. Said hello to the woman at the register told her I was there to pick up my order she said what sounded like it’s close turns out she said were closed before storming out the door. All the lights were on door open. 6:30 rolls around before someone else came to the register and said they’re closing at 6:30 I’ll have to get a refund. When I asked for a refund I’m told we’re closed I have to go. So at 6:30 in the evening I. Ow have to scramble to feed a softball team since now I was refused a meal that was paid for then refused a refund. No phone calls were made from the store stating they were closing early no one offering for us to pick it up early or offer a refund before driving up there. This is the worst service I’ve ever had and will never return to this place! Called back Monday 1-26-26 because they charged me for my meal but no refund. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked for the manager I was given an attitude and told it’d be a minute. The manager gets on the phone with an attitude puts me on hold for 15 min then has the nerve to get back on the phone and tell me to call back at 6 for my refund that’s when her GM will be in. I told her no I needed my refund now it’s been 2 days. The manager said she was busy and has customers so I needed to call back later because she’s busy. Not only are they too busy to get me my food when ordered but they can’t even manage a simple refund. The manager said her name was Ashley I asked for the GM’s name and she refused to give it to me.
