AWFUL every time! I'm a fan of Wendy's and this location certainly wins the award for being the worst representation of their corporation. We have tried this location several times and it has been consistently bad.
The solution is simple but goes against the greedy ethos of hollow corporations. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A COMFORTABLE LIVING WAGE. Research has consistently shown this to be beneficial to owners, employees and customers.
The service through the drive thru was unremarkable. The employees appeared worn and zombified. Issues with the order: regular nuggets instead of spicy, a missing burger, not even warm food after pulling forward to wait after paying. The Jr. Deluxe burgers I get were of horrid quality. The bread is stale and falling apart as I tried to take bites, the vegetables are pale and wilted. The tomato looks like it has color but none of it has flavor. The saturation of color on fruits and vegetables indicate quality. All of the condiments were squirted into a pile on the edge of the bun, and because one of the buns fell apart when I first started eating it there was a huge sloppy mess of condiments and sawdust vegetables.

I went through the drive-through. Service sucked. I ordered a type of hamburger and she didn’t ask what size are anything. The dessert was excellent. A hamburger was lukewarm and the french fries sucked too. And the service sucked. Won’t be going back there again.

Dirty, out of date, parking lot very small, hard to get into off the road , only one way road . Employees are not pleasant . Don't smile or say thank you.

Well, I'd just skip this place. 3rd times a charm. Three times I gave them a chance, spent our hard earned money, and greatly regretted it! We ordered, got pulled forward, waited 11 mins and everything is cold and old except one item. Fries were so old and cold that the air fryer didn't even really help. Insane and gross. My baconator had zero bacon on it (again), rather it had other toppings on Patty's cold enough that none of the cheese even pretended to melt. Such a shame. We'll go elsewhere in the future.
