  This location is impossible to get a hold of a live person. I tried calling and all I got was an automated system which forwarded me through a bunch of prompts and said they were sending me to the location and all it did was take me on hold where I sat for 18 minutes with nobody answering.

  Maddie, very sweet and welcomed me and my son as soon as we walked. She was patient with us and professional. She was quick on making sandwiches an all around good customer service experience.

  I grew up eating here & was bored with it until I tried their fat free sweet onion dressing. I've never been a fan of fat free anything so it took triple bypass surgery to get me to try this dressing. OMG! I have been missing out!!!! Now I can't get enough. Maybe my surgery was God's way of getting me to stop & smell the flowers. AND.....try Subways fat free sweet onion dressing. Lol

  Went to dinner tonight. After being ignored for a phone call for approximately 4 min. Our order was taken, we had a kids meal and extra juice for the other child and our chips. We were never asked to make a meal but we all had our chips. We paid for our food and clarified they were combos. “I was never told combos, I rang up what was here”. Then instead of fixing it and charging us the appropriate difference we had to buy separate drinks. I understand we didn’t say combos when we ordered our sandwiches, but it is usually offered at payment. The lady serving us was very stand-off ish and rude. Mistakes happen but the success of our business and anything else is how we handle the mistake. Terrible service beginning to end, and very expensive in the end. Will never eat at that subway again,I’ll go to Jimmy Johns.
