The Panera on Douglas in Lees Summit is far superior in all 3 categories of food, service & atmosphere. Lee’s Summit gets 5 stars over Blue Springs!
- JBJake BurtonNov 3, 20252.0Three customers ( two sitting and eating other than myself ) and at least 3 employees yesterday morning and it was apparently more important to let the ONE customer ( me ) wait until the guy got done cleaning the tables off. Seems like the only person there that cares about customers is the young black kid that seemed to be doing everything. One coffee pot empty when I got there and I told them. Twenty minutes later when I left WAS STILL EMPTY and I had to drink the heavy stuff. Not wasting any more of my time there again. It was like I was being punished for not using the ordering kiosks for a cup of coffee and a souffle. Only reason I gave two stars was because the kid was super friendly and smiled... and he wasn't even the one serving me. The guy that did wasn't all that happy to have a customer it seemed.
