The Panera on Douglas in Lees Summit is far superior in all 3 categories of food, service & atmosphere. Lee’s Summit gets 5 stars over Blue Springs!

Seems like the only person there that cares about customers is the young black kid that seemed to be doing everything. One coffee pot empty when I got there and I told them. Twenty minutes later when I left WAS STILL EMPTY and I had to drink the heavy stuff. Not wasting any more of my time there again. It was like I was being punished for not using the ordering kiosks for a cup of coffee and a souffle. Only reason I gave two stars was because the kid was super friendly and smiled... and he wasn't even the one serving me. The guy that did wasn't all that happy to have a customer it seemed.

He provided excellent service, offered me an option that wasn’t even on the menu, and was sweet, he even gave me a little treat to go with my soup. On top of that I threw up what I ate, broccoli and cheddar soup, which i get all the time, and that was less than an hr of just eating it.
