After confirming my order, I received a message from the delivery driver to tell me the store told them “we don’t have meat”. Why would you confirm the order if you don’t have the meat?!!!!! A restaurant on interstate highway I-70 and you do not have meat?!! Worse comes worse, Walmart is next door!!!

Really strange experience. They were open, but had both of their doors locked and had to be let in my customers. They weren't closed. We stood at the counter while 4 employees just stared at us. After about 10 minutes one finally served us. When my daughter was asked if she wanted anything else she said "yes beans please" and the girl serving her replied "Damn". Just really really strange. The employees act like they don't want to serve anybody, maybe that's why the doors were locked?

There she was throwing my food around and slid my bowl down to the next worker and it tipped over..she left a mess for the other employee to clean up did not apologize just moved to the next customer . I then asked for a new bowl because my food was thrown and tipped over onto the counter and she told me no and to keep moving down because there were people behind me. The managers are the worst I have shared my concerns to other managers and they had no remorse and they also spoke Spanish
right in my face as if I wasn’t standing there with a concern. I go there at least 3 times a week but I rather drive 20 min from my
house before I go back to be treated like nothing and spend my hard earned money.

Consistently have to wait 20+ minutes for online orders after arrival. DoorDash orders I pick up from this location are always at least 10 minutes late which has negatively affected myself and several other drivers I’ve talked to. I’ve seen orders sit on the pick up shelves for over 24 hours and employees throwing trash on the ground leading to slips. Store staff is utterly unapologetic and unsympathetic on top of that leading to a miserable experience
