  Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location but I do enjoy other locations and chipotle as a company. I think if this location had a new night manager and night employees it could be as good as the other locations. I cancelled my order and went to another location.

  Absolutely the worst chipotle. Especially in the evenings and dinner hours. I can’t even count on one hand how many times I go there and they have no food. Full of people who “work” standing around and making themselves food. They don’t even have basics like cheese available when you go at night but if you walk in at open they have everything they claimed not to the night before. The people are rude! This place is in desperate need of a real manager that works in the evenings. Highly recommend going to the chipotle off 40 hwy over this one

  Chips were STALE. Servers were SO RUDE. Left items out of my bowl and when I reminded them they had the nerve to get mad at me like it was my fault. Opened the lid and SHOVED missing items and then looked at me and said “is that better”. OVERPAID for poor portion and bad attitudes. I hadn’t been the chipotle in a few years because of the same reason. I can see some things don’t change. Just disgusting. Oh and when Chipotle responds “reach out to us”. It’s a BOT. There is literally NO ONE to speak to to even try to resolve your issue ! NONSENSE

  I visited Chipotle Mexican Grill on Friday evening and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, there were only two customers ahead of me. After waiting my turn, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of rice, which is a basic and essential menu item. Additionally, the cook stopped preparing food to engage in conversation at the front counter with someone who had just walked in, while several other employees appeared to be in the lounge area rather than assisting customers. It was unclear whether they were all on break, but the lack of staff support during a Friday night where they should be prepared was concerning. Overall, the level of organization and customer service fell well below expectations. This was the worst experience I have had at any Chipotle location.

  I ordered the new cilantro lime sauce, gross by the way. I was not told by The person preparing my food that there was an up charge for the sauce. In fact, when the cashier said there was, she was surprised. It turned out there was a teeny tiny sticker on the glass, not the menu board. That said the cost of the sauce. The gentleman at the cashier kept saying it's just a dollar. It was very rude and presumptuous that a dollar didn't mean anything. Restaurant was dirty and the music was so loud. Not a nice experience at all.
