  My son ordered for us at the drive thru, a number 13, a double roast beef meal. We were told to pull up by the door because they were still cooking the fries. So, we did and sat there for awhile until the vehicle behind us needed out. My son pulled forward and we watched as we waited on our order. I believe it was going on 8pm at this point when my son parked his car and went inside to see what happened. He was told they had given our food to another customer and started our order over again. Once home my sandwich was smashed as the meat was halfway off the bun and the fries were crumbs, close to burnt and hard to chew.

  Tried to order in the drive thru but the manager kept asking if I had a coupon and I kept repeating that I did not so he yelled at me thru speakers and I wouldn't respond, just rolled up the window and luckily was able to back out of drive thru and leave. Manager came running across parking lot yelling profanity but I ignored him and drove away, never going back. Sadly been a long time customer but ill find another location.

  Box meal is a great value. They never have fresh brewed ice tea inside.
