  I've been to almost every 7 brew location in the Kansas City area, and this is BY FAR the WORST location. Twice when I have been through the stand my order has been wrong, either the wrong size or the wrong flavors were used. Each time I have come to this locations, the employees give you an attitude, like you are a nuisance for being a customer when they are being PAID to provide a service. It was never that big of an issue to me until today when I went to get ONE drink and was there for over 15 minutes as several cars came and went past me. Today, a Monday at around 9:30, when I pulled up to the stand, both lines were maybe 4 cars long. In the line I chose, the girl taking orders was one car in front of me. In the line I didn't choose, the girl taking orders was at the last car, and finished taking their order right as I pulled in. Instead of coming over to grab my order as the rest of the 7 Brew locations have their employees do, she went straight inside. The girl taking orders in my line finished taking the order of the car in front of me, and instead of coming to take my order, she turned around and started talking to her friends that were in the car in the other line. I waited almost 5 minutes for her to turn around and take my order but she was too busy telling her friends about her most recent doctors appointment. After she got my order and I got up to the window, 4 cars that had joined the line after me, ALL got their drinks before I received mine. Not sure how their ordering structure works, but it hardly makes sense that I had to wait twice as long and got my drink after everyone else who pulled up almost 10 minutes after I joined the line. This location needs to do some serious work on their customer service.

  This is my all time favorite place to get coffee. It comes out perfectly each time, the prices are fair, the baristas are friendly, and the line is fast.

  The employees are super friendly and you get through the line quickly. Very helpful too if you dont know what to order
