11-23 at 530 pm. Ordered food from the kiosk. They called my number up for the food. I paid an extra $0.70 for lemonade. I went up to get my drink and stood there for a minute, she made eye contact with me and said "it will be a minute." While making someone else's order. I said I just need a lemonade. Keep in mind I got my order to go..... she told me "yeah, it'll be a minute." How about you finish an order before starting a new one? I got my food to go, finish my order before you call my number.. rude and not very bright.

Upstanding service! Very professional and very clean, when I walked in I almost forgot it was McDonald’s, thought I was walking into JCpenny's or something very well up-kept, very well trained staff, everyone was friendly through and through. best McDonald’s! Thanks for the great experience!

I usually enjoy visiting this McDonald’s, but I’ve had several bad experiences especially with one of the managers, Kim. She has been consistently rude toward both employees and customers, and I’ve witnessed behavior that felt discriminatory and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see someone in a management position act this way, especially when good customer service and respect should be a priority. On top of that, the quality of service has gone downhill. For example, I’ve received incorrect orders, including a chicken sandwich without the chicken. I don’t think it’s appropriate for someone in a leadership role to treat others poorly or set such a negative example. I truly hope McDonald’s looks into this and takes steps to improve both the staff conduct and service here.

This McD’s has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered! Theresa was an absolute star and was making sure everyone in the place was taken care of. Each staff smiled and told us to be safe and have a great day. Let me tell you, in this divided world we are living in, the kindness and joy that the Bloomsdale Mcd staff showed to each patron was inspiring!
