Day time people are alright but the evening/night crew are awful. You'll be consistently waiting 30+ minutes for your food, the food will never be right they WILL mess up even a $5 meal deal order. A month ago a worker there, an older lady probably about 40 just straight up added a mcdouble to our order. THATS A $5 SANDWICH, just because we came during your operating hours doesn't give you the right to order yourself food on someone else's dime. When we asked for the receipt she even said that we only would get a receipt after we payed and then when we got out food, BAM, conveniently no receipt that we ASKED FOR SPECIFICALLY. That is so strange because they always give you one even if you don't ask for one. Terrible McDonald's

They didn't answer the drive through. Sat there for a good 5 minutes with snow blowing off the roof from another building in my windows. I pulled around and tried apologize and tell the lady why I didn't order at the speaker. She cute me of and said they were busy..... they weren't. There was one cat ahead of us in the drive through. They had ordered long before I got there and there were 4 cars in the parking lot. Told her I had a mobile order she slammed the window. Came back with my order shoved it out the window and said here and shut the window.

If I could get a 0 star I would. Hands down WORST service ever. The night crew working Friday January 2nd. All need to be fired or retrained. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. Was ignored completely by the young mouthy girls working. The young boys cooking should really not have that job. Then when I asked for the manager the girl yelled for the manager from up front and said " Michelle, you're wanted up front! You're probably going to cry!" I was SHOCKED! I'm a very kind person. But the lack of respect from these workers was unreal!!! So the manager comes up and I tell her I'm not here to yell at her. I said her team was going to end up getting HER in trouble. She was very sweet and apologized for their behavior. She said she was the oldest one there and she is only 19! I told her I would pray for her because she was stressed out! I told her things will get better and she will find a better job one day! And to keep her head up. But for real. Don't eat here! Upper management really need to hire new people that really need a job. And don't hire mouthy kids that could care less. Look at your rating on here for God sake! It's awful!
Michelle if you read this! Girl I'm praying for you! And you need a raise!
