I placed my order online but it was a backorder due to them recg a large order right before mine. I thought the app was stuck because the status never changed so I went to the store anyway. After waiting for a while, they spoke to the person that placed the large order only to find out they order was placed also at another location. Which is absolutely absurd!!! Why wouldn’t you call to make sure the orig location didn’t receive the order instead of placing another order. I felt bad for them because they were working hard to prepare the order. I hope the customer came to get the food especially since it was paid for online. I will be back certainly in the future.

I called and they confirmed it was on the way (not their fault) super kind giving me an update confirming it was, in fact, not delivered yet. Great customer service experience on that point, that I can’t say for every place! Food arrived hot and amazing!
