  We have tried time and time again to give this Sonic a try. We stopped by today for two drinks and ordered via the app. They completely just didn’t read and/or follow the directions of “make it dirty” one of the drinks. When we buzzed in they said they would fix it. First, the car hop came out, got the drink, took it back and never returned. We waited twice the amount of time it took to prepare our first drink order and had to buzz again to try and get the drink we paid for. It was embarrassing to see the lack of apology that was given and guess what!?! They still made the “corrected” drink incorrectly. It’s laughable. This sonic needs new management!!

  Been there multiple times over the last few months, and every single time they screw something up! Most of the time it seems like they are leaving out things that will cost them more money, and hope you dont notice.
