  I cannot share enough KUDOS for Fazoli's #5963 employee Ryan. He greeted us with a smile and eye contact while being diligent to take our order and ensure it was correct. He checked on us numerous time to ask if we needed anything else and in between, he was hustling between the counter, other guests, and cleaning. He was super customer focused and we felt very welcomed. We even had a brief chat to compliment the manager and she was awesome, too!

  Got take out meals for 3 and none of us could eat . Over the top salty!!

  Im a little surprised by the rave reviews of the food here. What it's not, is amazing al dente pasta with generous portions and amazing flavors. What it is, is precooked, reheated / microwaved pasta, with a spoonful if watered down sauce. Just a big no. On the plus side, the bread sticks were good, but garlic salt, bread, and butter/oil would be hard to make bad.
