They never listen to requests, they get the order wrong half the time, and they don't even begin to attempt any kind of customer service. They have even told me this coupon applied so I got a free sandwich, got to the window and then tried to lie and say that they never told me that. Then another time I ordered pickup at the window, got to the store, pulled up, employee opens window and says "your order is on the shelf" and then instantly closes the window on me while I am MID SENTENCE. Just pitiful. The other Subway locations are good, just this one is AWFUL.
