  Been there multiple times over the last few months, and every single time they screw something up! Most of the time it seems like they are leaving out things that will cost them more money, and hope you dont notice.

  If I could give zero stars I would . Sadly every time we come I try to give benefit of the doubt but once again ends up in disappointment. Every time we come here they’re ice is the ice that comes from this gas station ice chests . Every. Single . Time . Last year it was like that so we stopped and this year AGAIN still the same big ol’ ice cubes like I have at home. Notifying a manager don’t do anything. Isn’t Sonic known for their special ice? Cmon now yall get with it

  Pushed the red button, waited for 15 minutes with no Acknowledgment whatsoever, after trying SIX carports before finding one that worked. There were 4 cars, including myself. I could see staff members inside and one was on her phone. I rarely have a good experience at this location, whether it be extremely long waits, inaccurate orders, undesirable food, etc. But for some reason, I continue to stop here. I will now go 10 to 15 minutes. Out of my way to go to a different location. I also tried to use the link that was provided in a response and it takes me to the ordering app, not to file a complaint

  every time i get the urge for sonic im quickly reminded that this location is genuinely just the worst. the staff are friendly so im assuming management is the issue or perhaps training idk but god it’s just truly bad. the food i just received had lettuce that was wilted and soggy and clearly old. the reason for me getting irritated enough over fast food was the sonic blast. i would always argue sonic blasts were the best, til today🤗 🙄 a small blast with like half a cookie crumbled on top. i checked the rest, like dug through and it was just straight vanilla ice cream, no cookie (oreo). i pressed the button to ask for more thinking it was a mistake and they stated “this is standard” and id have to pay fifty cents for more lol oh okay! so garbage is standard! also, just discovered the ice in the drink is big cubes, like not the notoriously famous sonic crunchy ice cubes, big fat not chewable chunks. this location should just quit now and let the city have the lot back for literally anything else.
