The new girl at the register was nice, but couldn’t do basic math and kept ringing up incorrect totals. Went back and forth with them over a period of 15 minutes or so (and multiple dropped calls) only to have the pizza arrive sans marinara sauce while I was on the phone with them (as they were getting ready to charge me for the marinara). So, they basically should’ve just told me they couldn’t add the freakin’ marinara sauce and called it a day (or just included the sauce and I would’ve paid cash upon delivery). Management was heard yelling in the background that we needed to end the call since “we’ve been dealing with this long enough.” Very rude and could’ve been avoided if they had just gotten on the phone with me to assist since their new employee seemed pretty frazzled by the situation. All this to say we won’t be ordering from Domino’s again. Subpar pizza and even worse service.

We have a large family and we needed something to eat while we gathered at my brother's house. I called a couple of pizza places and found that no one really wanted to deal with making 8 to 10 pizzas. Until I called Domino's. The gentleman was friendly, respectful and even offered a discount with the large order. We were about 15 minutes away. By the time we got there, the staff was finishing up the order. The staff was enthusiastic and seemed proud of their job. Everything was great. It had been many years since I had Domino's, and I wasn't disappointed!
