  Im not one to leave reviews typically but over the past year this place has gone down hill. They are always out of something everything I have came up here. Then today I ordered a kids quesadillia meal and they taped it to the top of my bowl and forgot half of the kids meal. The energy of the staff was at an all time low. There is a serious management issue going on.Hopefully they can get this fixed

  This is the worst chipotle in the world, I've tried to eat here twice now in 2 weeks and they are out of both rices and won't have any for an hour. They were also out of both steak and chicken. This was also during their rush.If your asking yourself oh its been a couple months let's give it another try, maybe they got their shit together. They won't. Trust me I've tried that so many times. Who ever manages this chipotle shouldn't have a job. Soo many bad reviews, everyone in town knows how horrible it is. Just shut it down already.

  I ordered my food thru door dash cause I didnt want to leave my house but ended up having cause my meal wasn't correct. I order chicken tacos with guacamole beans, cheese and rice and they literally left the chicken and guacamole off. Like what, I mean the chicken was the main thing and it was left off. On top of that the girl at the register was super rude and when someone is rude to me it makes me be rude right back. And she never once said she was sorry for the error in my order. It was like she was blaming me. So not happy with customer service. I work in customer service and I know that customers are not always right but as someone that works for you and represent your company I would think you would want them to show a little more kindness to the customer and not throw my food down on the table in front of me and walking off

  Choking Hazard! Rude Service. And they were out of rice. Worst chipotle experience ever. After waiting in line a man on the staff shouts they are out of rice and we have to wait 20 minutes. White rice? Brown Rice? No. BOTH. Can we just get it without rice? No. We have to wait. Finally brown rice no white rice. Whatever. Chicken bowl and kids quesadilla. I ask the host Danniette, can I fill up my own water bottle, I dont need the kids cup. She looks at me with disgust and says "no they arent the same size". And tosses the cup in the bag. Mind you there are unlimited refills, I coukd have just sat there to eat and filled up over and over, but I have places to go. So I head off and eat shortly after to find my next surprise, and chicken bone thats bigger than my finger. Thank god this wasn't going to some kid to choke on it. All in all this was the worst chipotle experience. Edit: I called to let them know about all of this. They had me send in a picture of the chicken bone and tell them what all happened, and then refunded me for just the chicken bowl, as if im going to give the kids meal to my kid when I get home now. I had to make another stop for food on the way home after throwing all the chipotle out. Terrible service from staff, and terrible service from corporate. Unreal.

  Never leave reviews but I had to today. First time at this location because I was in the area. Horrible customer service and I’m far from rude had a nice tone and all. They serve you kids portions and I’m not the type to ask for a lot but literally like two scoops ..wasn’t even a normal portion and wish I could compare the two.. from the other location I went to after this one because I got my refund..Guy throws food .. not a little toss/slide to the cashier person. Ladies were the only nice one. Went to another location which I should’ve went with my first decision. Seen them do a family like that after me as well. Please do better especially when prices way more than the other ones I go too. This is a nice establishment for employees to be rude y’all have to do better young folks
