  I’m really disappointed with our experience at Arby’s. Our order had multiple issues. One of the Classic Roast Beef sandwiches was missing the bun entirely and only had meat, and it was supposed to be a double meat. The Smoked Brisket sandwich was missing the onion straws. Another Classic Roast Beef sandwich had cheese sauce smothered all over it even though we specifically requested no cheese sauce. On top of that, we didn’t receive any of the dipping sauces we ordered, and all of the food was cold. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. We expect orders to be correct and at least served warm. I hope management addresses these quality control issues so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

  They had slow service, but the food was good fries were hot just like I like them.
