- BHBrock HeissererApr 3, 20261.0Workers nowhere to be found, coffee on my soda lid. Food took a solid 20 minutes when my friends came out in under 2. I ordered maybe 30 seconds after he did. Also VERY dirty inside. Really terrible McDonald’s go to Richardson if you want mcds.

- CKCj KeevenMar 26, 20261.0It’s absolutely insane that the only thing they can get right about an order is the drinks, and that’s because a machine is doing it. Apparently Hellen Keller is working the grill line because even on the big texted labels that say “No Shredded Lettuce” they put shredded lettuce on your Big Mac. You order large fries, they’ll hand you mediums. You order a McFlurry, you’ll never see it. They’ll promise you a refund for your troubles. Then tell you they can only refund you for the missing McFlurry. Not the incorrect sized fries or the Mclettuce Big Mac. Not to mention there was no line. Richardson location would never do me like that.

You would think with this being a new McDonald's the food would be better but it's not. This is not the first time we have went to this location and the food was terrible. The store manager needs to retrain the people cooking.
