  I had a very frustrating experience at Wendy’s while picking up a DoorDash order. After receiving my order, I pulled into a parking spot to check it so I wouldn’t hold up the drive-through line. I quickly realized my Coke and fries were missing. Since the lobby was closed, I had to get back in the drive-through line and wait again. At the speaker, I explained that items were missing and was told to pull forward. After waiting a long time, the employee opened the window, said “DoorDash?” and handed me two drinks that were not even part of my order without confirming my name. I explained the situation again, but she insisted nothing was missing instead of actually checking the order. After I pushed back, she complained under her breath, reluctantly went to get the items, and then slammed the window shut with a very rude attitude. Even after going through all of that, the order was still incorrect when I got home: I ordered a medium fries but received a small, the Coke size was wrong, there was no ketchup, and the chili was missing the spicy sauce. This was an extremely poor experience.

  No doy una más baja porque no hay , pésimo servicio 20 minutos esperando mi orden en el carro y ni siquiera me dieron un cubierto para mi helado q termino derretido esperando el resto de la orden , según ellos estaban en cambio de turno , al final son racistas es feo pero es verdad , ven a un latino y tratan mal a uno

  if you like the wendy’s bbq sauce, don’t come to this location. they never have bbq sauce in stock and don’t tell you, they just give you honey mustard instead.

  Went through the drive through one night to grab a quick bite. Ordered a large combo meal and a separate entree with fries.. no drink. Get to the window.. pay my money.. get my order and proceed to check it. The entree, the main portion of the combo and a small fry was in the bag. I wait until I get the young girls attention and I tell her that an order of my fries was not in the bag. She said all your food is in the bag with a slightly agitated tone. 😳 little girl it's very late i don't have time to be lying about $3 fries. She takes my bag looks inside and with a straight face says ma'am a combo meal doesn't come with two orders of fries. 😤😤 gotta be istthni me atp it takes all my patience to tell her to check her computer.. and find me my order of fries. After walking away from the window I guess she realized her mistake (saw her slap her hand over her mouth) and without even so much as an apology hands me a bag with fries and says have a good night. I'd never come back to this one again. But to each his or her own.

  The burgers were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were hard and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while.
