  taco bell continues to mess up my doordash orders without fail but throwing in the wrong orders, do something to correct these mistakes because this is becoming ridiculous

  ABSOLUTELY TRASH. EVERYTIME I ORDER SOMEONE IS SO INCOMPETENT THAT THEY CANT READ A SINGLE ORDER CORRECTLY WHICH RESULTS IN MY ORDER BEING MESSED UP. EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME.

  Today TACO BELL only had 2 employees in their Restaurant on Manchester Rd at 3pm. Went through the Drive-Thru and was asked "What can I get for you?" to which I replied, "No thank you, I haven't figured out what I want yet." The young man responsible for TACO BELL Customer Service started making weird breathing noises (Darth Vader? making fun of my breathing?) over the mic at me. I ignored him the 1st 5 times (that was a mistake because he just got worse), he started repeating rhyming names (maybe the name of the other employee who I later learned was the Shift Mgr) and various nonsense words, nothing he said made any sense. Eventually he got tired of playing on the mic and asked me if I had made up my mind yet. To which I asked him who was the Smart-Alec playing on the mic and he cheerfully replied "Me!" I told him I was pulling up to the window and wanted the Business Card of the District Manager. At the window he told me he was the Shift Mgr (a Lie), he also said all complaints had to be done on-line and he would not give me his name. I asked him why he was making weird noises over the mic and he said, "To have fun, isn't it OK to have fun?" I told him his behavior was unprofessional and left without buying anything. I called TACO BELL Customer Service and told Mickie this story. Pretty quickly Alisha (The Store Mgr) called me back and I told her this story. She told me that she had never heard of any problems with these two emplotees. She said the other employee was the Shift Mgr and the young man in charge of TACO BELL Drive-In Customer Service was in training to be a Shift Mgr. Aisha apologized for his behavior and offered me 2 free meals because of his poor Customer Service skills. I declined and wished her well sorting out this Customer Service Situation for TACO BELL. This is sad because I had been going to this location since I first moved to StL 25 yrs ago, but no longer. I drove to Hardees in Twin Oaks and bought 5 tacos and a Dr. Pepper...

  I love tacobell very much. I ordered 2 cheese roll ups and was very disappointed when I received them. They had barely any cheese in them. When i went to go ask for new ones with new cheese the kind lady behind the counter then told me "drop that attitude or im not making you shit". Can't make this up i love tacobell🤣
