  The store's posted opening time is 5 a.m., which is when I placed my online order. It’s been over an hour and a half, and I haven’t received any response at the drive-thru despite multiple attempts by myself and others. What’s surprising is that I can see people inside the store. I understand I ordered right at opening, but it’s disappointing to be told the store is open and then not be ready to serve customers.

  i waited one hour for my friend and this idiotic employes said say 67 and we will give u food. i said 67 and i didnt get my food 😭😭😭😭

  It gets to the point when you’re out of sauce… out of napkins… and the entire registers don’t work… that maybe you should shut down for a little because what’s the point of operation?

  Went in, ordered a caramel iced coffee and it tasted like water and cream. Didn't have any coffee taste to it. I asked for it to he remade and the manager didnt seem to want to do it. Said he was gonna take it and add coffee to it but when he handed it back to me, it tasted worse. The young kid was nice but the guy that helped me wasn't too friendly, had attitude when I asked for it to be fixed.

  I dont come here often, but each time I do something always sucks. Customer service sucks or food sucks. Today I ordered a meal where the order got messed up, and when given the option, I told them I would just take what I originally had wanted. 2 people came to the window to ask what I wanted, I told them I wanted the meal, the other person came up again and asked "did you just want your money back?" Why am I going to repeat myself 3 times within 1 minute? I was in a rush and frankly didn't have the patience to sit there who knows how much longer to continue to repeat myself. I told them it's fine and drove off. I started eating my fries and they're gross- soggy and have a weird plastic/chemical taste. The nuggets from the happy meal also taste weird and the breading seems to have been cooked differently. Likely cooked on the wrong setting in the fryer. Safe to say at this point, I dont want to stop at this location anymore. This location used to be great 15-20 years ago.
