- PWPey WDec 16, 20251.0They refuse to refund orders. I had an online delivery through subways app. It got delivered through a third party- not ordered. Nor did I ask for that. Half of the order is missing. It cost $20 to even deliver it. I choose that option because I physically cannot leave my house. Since my order was not placed with door dash I cannot get my money back. It was not placed with them. The only solution the store gave me was to drive up there and get the missing items. I ordered delivery through subways app for a reason. I hate to come across rude, but I am so tired of my money being taken advantage of. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this subway.

Be realistic about going to a subway, the food is the same at all of them. I live halfway between 2 subways that are 1.5 miles apart. I choose this one because the employees are great. They also play Christian music which in my eyes is a plus. Jesus loves you.

Very nice employees. However, went today and the woman making my order seemed to be having a bad day. She "forgot" to add the ham, pepperoni, and salami to my spouse's BMT, so there was only bacon and cheese plus the few toppings he added. Way to shortchange your customers, scummy lil owners.
