  I ordered 6 asiago bagels, sliced and toasted, three plain bagels, sliced and toasted, three cinnamon crunch bagels, sliced and toasted and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel. I did not get the sausage egg and cheese sandwich that I paid for. When I called to try and let them know, no one would answer the phone. They would pick it up and immediately hang the phone up. I called 8 times and I was hung up on every time. That is not acceptable. I wouldn’t go there ever again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to go there either. Horrible customer service. They dumped the 12 bagels in a paper bag. By the time I got them to work, all the bagels were mixed up. I had to try and match the top and bottom part of the bagel. What a joke. That is an absolutely apathetic atmosphere that management allows to exist. Don’t waste your hard earned money going to Panera Bread that doesn’t care about getting your order correct and servicing it correctly. They just want your money. And don’t call to try and get the problem corrected because they will just hang up on you before you can say a word. Good stuff.

  Great food, very friendly and helpful staff. Vess is a stand out, very polite. Salads are always delicious, fresh ingredients.

  This location is easily the worst in the area, sadly. I highly recommend driving out to any other nearby location if you want bread co.

  2 times I have ordered a chicken avocado blt 2i have gotten it without avocado. Maybe call it something else. Since they either don't have any avocado or don't know what it looks like.
