- JVJosh V1 day ago4.0Yes, this location seemed slightly understaffed and Panera’s food is still expensive for the quality. However I wanted to give Denise a shout-out because she’s wonderful! This was my first time visiting this location and all the other emojis employees were running around behind the counter. Denise greeted me and said she’d be right back (Panera seems to give their cashiers a lot of other side work). I was in a bit of the rush so I used the kiosk but forgot to ask for my bagel to be sliced and put on a plate so had to go back to the counter. Denise was incredibly nice and it came across as very genuine. Give her a raise!

I actually feel bad for the people working here. They look completely overwhelmed and then the bathrooms from the walls to the sink to the toilet in urinals are horrific what happened to Panera bread they have just gone downhill. I mean their staff is so overwhelmed. No wonder the place is so dirty.
