I’ve complained to the number on the receipt before and nobody even has the decency to respond so instead take your business elsewhere. Many better places very close to here.

Was talked down to because my app crashed and couldn’t get the mobile code pulled up fast enough I called back to obtain information for the store manager and was met with another ungodly terrible little girl that said she was the manager save yourself the trouble and go to Wendy’s up the street.

I'm aware that play places are disgusting bacteria heaps, I survived them and so will he. That being said, every time I go there, the place is a mess. There is always food on every table. Trash left on the ground and on the tables and workers standing around or rushing around for what appears to be due to lack of staffing.
