Let's just say that I probably won't be getting breakfast there anytime soon as I can get a much better breakfast sandwich practically anywhere else. I'm not even counting the fact that I went to McDonald's was to indulge myself with getting a peppermint mocha and the machine was down. I'm not faulting them for that. It definitely adds to the now severe disappointment and buyer's regret. EDIT: Whenever I use the link below, it gives me an error. I can't give feedback on my order because I didn't receive a receipt.

- THTony HickhamDec 2, 20255.0This McDonald's on Hanley used to be the worst! Rude, impatient, and generally mean in the Drive-Thru. But in the last year or two that I've come back to trying it, I have not had a bad experience at all. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They did remodel the store and it looks nice. I guess there's enough seating for a lunchtime rush, but I usually get it to go. But it's McDonald's so atmosphere isn't really something you're there for.
