  Went in, ordered a caramel iced coffee and it tasted like water and cream. Didn't have any coffee taste to it. I asked for it to he remade and the manager didnt seem to want to do it. Said he was gonna take it and add coffee to it but when he handed it back to me, it tasted worse. The young kid was nice but the guy that helped me wasn't too friendly, had attitude when I asked for it to be fixed.

  I dont come here often, but each time I do something always sucks. Customer service sucks or food sucks. Today I ordered a meal where the order got messed up, and when given the option, I told them I would just take what I originally had wanted. 2 people came to the window to ask what I wanted, I told them I wanted the meal, the other person came up again and asked "did you just want your money back?" Why am I going to repeat myself 3 times within 1 minute? I was in a rush and frankly didn't have the patience to sit there who knows how much longer to continue to repeat myself. I told them it's fine and drove off. I started eating my fries and they're gross- soggy and have a weird plastic/chemical taste. The nuggets from the happy meal also taste weird and the breading seems to have been cooked differently. Likely cooked on the wrong setting in the fryer. Safe to say at this point, I dont want to stop at this location anymore. This location used to be great 15-20 years ago.

  Ordered a Shamrock McFlurry. Watched them make it and all the lady did was spray the mint flavoring on top of it and barely put any oreos in it. I opened it up and mint liquid was just sitting on top. Staff was very disorganized and manager told us that they were very busy, but he had enough time to go into the lobby and grab a drink. Additionally, the lobby was DIGUSTING!! Food and trash all over the floor. Will NOT be coming back to McDonald's for a long time, so disappointed!

  The food is always cold. The fries are underdone they taste like they were cooked last week. They pull you forward just so they can say they have the fastest time. Forget you’re there and again your food is cold. When you receive it McDonald’s has gone downhill the Ballwin McDonald’s they’re extremely rude and I have been for my last time

  Every single time we go to this location it’s always missing something or completely wrong. When you go inside to pick up missing items they all look at you like you made the mistake. No apologies, no nothing and if you try calling this location they don’t answer. It’s insane it’s still in business.
