  Be as specific as possible when ordering food if you like it a certain way. Like making sure your hotdogs are hot and you have fresh French fries. Mine were not fresh and my hotdog was not hot. Plus they drenched the hotdog in pickle relish. So be specific as to how you want your food.

  Music was just a bit too loud for me, but not horrible. Everything else was wonderful!!! I'll be back as a regular!

  Long hair in my smash burger And had no remorse when I call the manager he sounded like he was on drugs. Super slow talking and sounded confused when I explained the situation.

  I still for the life of me dont understand the 3.9 rating. The staff is always amazingly friendly and thorough. The food has been spot on, even the bagged ice! Yup, I keep a bag at home for my personal consumption. All good things Then the little details possibly not noticed by many. The pressure washing of the foot traffic area. The hand painting of the poles. The little things that stand above so many others. If you dont have it, download the Sonic app. Great deals and points to be had there. Lastly the franchisee is doing a fantastic job. And the staff is right there as well. Do them well if you can. Call the feedback number and let corporate know your positive honest feedback. People don't tend to do that, only the negative. Personally, I rate them as a 5*.
