    I’ve been visiting this location for years, but I stopped going for a while because the wait times had gotten too long. Recently, I decided to give it another try and have now been back twice in the last two weeks. During my visits, I had the pleasure of meeting the new General Manager, Jelisa. She is clearly running a tight ship. The food quality has been excellent, the service has been efficient and friendly making the overall experience a great one. Jelisa deserves to be recognized for the outstanding job she’s doing managing this store. Her leadership is making a real difference and it shows in every part of the customer experience.

    I placed an order in advance for pickup at 6:30pm. I ended up getting my correct order after waiting 30 minutes in the store after my pickup time. People who showed up to eat in and ordered at the store were getting their food before mine too. Plus, I was given the wrong order TWICE at the counter. I'm so glad I checked it each time. Eventually they gave me what was part of my order (though they said it was my whole order, again, luckily I checked) so I had to wait while half my order and fries got cold while they made the other part of my order that should have been done over 15 min prior. This Arnold store is a joke and I won't be back. I mean, you'd think the workers would be more deligent after giving someone the wrong order once, but no. The first bag I received, I took out to my car and checked it. I brought it back when I saw it had someone else's name inside and the wrong wings. I think the worker literaly took the bag from me, set it aside and gave it to the correct person when they arrived. Um...after it left the store. Ew. This place really needs an overhaul or new management because it's run terribly and the workers just don't seem to care to do even a basic job. Also, the person at the counter told me they couldn't make part of my order because Hickory BBQ flavor was no longer being used by WingStop and that the online system shouldn't have let me order it, but it did. Apparently, after looking online, WingStop has not discontinued that flavor. I'm not sure why she gave me that line when it wasn't true.

    I came in and my order was ready sitting on the shelf but there were no workers to be seen. After about 5-10 minutes a guy came out from the back and gave me my order, by the time I got home with my order everything was cold. Not to mention, I paid for 3 ranches and received none of them. And half of the order was my tenders which looked more like two boneless wings. I am extremely frustrated.

    Food is often wrong, and employees drinking on the job is also not a great look. I reached out 3 times to corporate and still no response. Highly disappointed.

    The store was a MESS.. the staff were very unprofessional and blasting obscene sexual music.. my fries were cold and overcooked like they had refried them multiple times.. The lids weren’t stocked, there was trash everywhere absolutely TERRIBLE
