  If I could put a 0 I would. Stood out the walk up window for 5 min. Waiting for some one to take my order. Meanwhile the burger cook. Kept looking over at me like. Why are u still here? Look on his face. When he first saw me he rolled his eyes. But I still waited. Then I look inside and see the manager at the register on her phone. Too busy on the phone to do her job. So I get home after not being able to order. I call them and the manager's name is Ashley. I tell her all this and she says " I'm sorry about that " and hangs up before I was even able to ask for the corporate number. Then I find the number. Call them. It is a guy with an indian accent. He mumble something. So I asked if I could talk to someone else. He says if u want to talk to some one else hang and call back. So I had to call back again. To report everything. I really love Rally's food. But I will not put up with this. I know rallys isn't the best job. But treating people like this is wrong. Good way to go out of bussines. No wonder this store is so dead all the time. Crappy service. This place needs new staff. Maybe it will get bussines back after that. But for now stay away for this place.

  So salty couldn't even eat it. Got big buford while passing through. Did receipt survey asking to be contacted, nothing. The website complaint submission form failed to submit multiple attempts. Guess im out the money. Really like their food when in town but this time was terrible and can't get a hold of them.

  The food is amazing, the town is super fun. It's a bar so don't expect 5 star service.

  With every visit, why do the people here taking your order at the window always act out? Always so rude and aggravated! Seems like management needs to monitor this situation and see what's going on. So many other restaurants in this area with better customer service and better food!!
