Waited in line for them to just make the online orders and not the customers orders who come in the store. Usually I wouldnt care, but the attitudes of the staff here is horrible. Dude making online orders looked at me and my husband and said "one minute." Another girl was just standing there grabbing the tickets that printed out. We ended up not ordering anything and just leaving. We wont ever return to this location.

I stopped going to this location a while back due to this, tried again today and it was worse than before. Tiny portion of chicken with the addition of tiny crispy burnt bits. In another review, Qdoba says go to the counter to get it corrected. Unacceptable. The people preparing the food can obviously see how burnt it is before hiding it in my rice. I feel like it has to be ownership or management of this location instructing tiny portions of protein because the people making the food look scared to give you a reasonable amount.
