  The workers are amazing and make food worth every penny. Keep it up. Dont lose your teen workers because they are the backbone of fast food nowadays and theyre the best at drive thru.

  We have been using the app to order ahead and then picking up in drive thru. Richardson Rd TB has it going on!!! Not one mess up on any of our orders!!! Keep up the great work!!!

  One "chicken finger" that covers 1/2 the taco??? Plenty of toppings but where's the meat?

  Paid $50 for food and didn’t receive our full order. We asked the young brunette drive thru girl “Is this our whole order?” when she handed us one bag and she said yes but turns out it wasn’t. We went back in to have the rest of our items made. When we walked up to the front counter there was a younger guy with medium blonde ish hair and glasses that was helping people. After the customers in front of us were done and moved aside we walked up and he said “I’m clocked out.” Even though we were directly behind them. Like okay??? They took our bag back to the dine in side station to count our items. They said they put the 3 missing items in the bag but when we got home and distributed the food we were STILL missing our steak dipping burritos and my chalupa shell was extremely old. This happens literally every single time. I used to work at Taco Bell, it is NOT that hard. This is getting ridiculous. Customers pay $50 and can’t even get their full order because they have incompetent employees.
