Months later ive learned of the infamous GM stacy and can conclude she is the reason Panera has dwindled in quality. She is very rude to people. My friends have told me she has a horrible attitude if you ask for anything, including a cup. I dont know why higher ups protect her but she is going to be the reason why this company makes a lot less money. Good work guys 👏
