Tonight there was one car in front of me and I waited almost 20 minutes from the time I pulled up to order and when I received my two soft drinks. Manager on duty didn't seem to care.

I waited in the line for what felt like forever, which I understand, everyone is short staffed. The lady who took my order was disinterested and very bland, which I get it, work sucks. When I received my smoothie though, it was very odd. It was so runny and liquidy I asked if they always make them that way, and she said yes, to which I said if I had known the smoothies were liquid and not thick I wouldn’t have spent $8 on a tiny thing. They said they can’t re make them or refund so I was basically stuck with a melted fruit juice. This location use to be so good and pleasant but I can see why the company is declining.

Soups are watered done sandwiches meat is skimpy ..it's a rip off for the price. Unhappy customers.
