As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    They served my daughter a burger that looked like it came off the floor. Ice cold, un toasted bun. Unmelted cheese. The fries weren't even edible, and they burned the cheesecake bites. There is absolutely no chance that anyone could be this inept at serving food by accident.

    night girl gave me damn near empty small bag of fries and cold burgers and attitude ..Not the 1st time having issues at this location 10/22/25 12am.

    I recently ordered a baconator on DoorDash from this location. The bun was legitimately stale and hard, and the burger wasn’t t even warm. I decided to eat it since I paid for it and now I’m recovering from food poisoning. My boss also had food poisoning from this same location within the last year. DO BETTER. STOP FEEDING CUSTOMERS FOOD THAT ISNT FRESH. Gave me some of the worst abdominal pain I’ve ever experienced.
