As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Western burger tasted old. Wasn't hot at all, and they forgot bbq sauce. Was already on road and didn't go back to get corrected. This place used to be good, not sure what happened.

Why even open on Xmas if you're not going to properly staff you're business & let customer service take a nose dive? I waited 5 minutes & no car in front of me even left so I left. Next Xmas just stay closed, people want to be with their families, not working understaffed & not even getting paid a living wage to be there.

The night manager ashley said she was the one who made my order.A manager that give me a small fruity drink when I ordered a meal and a large doctor pepper through uber eats and so instead of a large doctor pepper, I got a small fruit drink.You cannot run a business with a manager that cannot read and if that's the case, don't have her working with customers or sending out orders she acted like it wrong for me to ask if she could read well.I'm sorry.You confused a large doctor pepper with a small fruit drink
Will be the last time coming here definitely would fire a manager like that?
Very disrespectful would never recommend to anyone unless ashley's not working there

They served my daughter a burger that looked like it came off the floor. Ice cold, un toasted bun. Unmelted cheese. The fries weren't even edible, and they burned the cheesecake bites. There is absolutely no chance that anyone could be this inept at serving food by accident.
