  2/10/2026 Come to pick up a doordash. Obviously it was late and not prepared. The real problem I have is the integrity of the store employees. They ARE STEALING THE DOORDASH TIPS. THE CUSTOMER SENT ME A PICTURE OF THE ONLINE RECEIPT! The tip was for more than the ENTIRE DASH!

  The food quality seems to have gone downhill with in the past couple of months and tonight we tried the Salted Carmel Blondie. It was not cooked all the way through, so it became quite nauseating. We only ended up eating two pieces between us and threw the rest away, because it felt like something that would eventually make us ill. I’m glad it’s for a limited time only. There was also a long black hair cooked into my cheesy bread and I’m a natural blonde, so I know it wasn’t mine. My Husband and I ordered 2- 20oz Root Beers, but they were out, so the driver brought us 1 Pepsi. My husband doesn’t drink caffeine, but I figured I would just keep mine for the morning and I didn’t want the driver to have to come back out for 1 soda. I called and the Manager removed the 1 soda that was not delivered. This was before we noticed the state of our food. All in all, very disappointing, because I randomly get cravings for Papa John’s and we end up spending well over $50.00 every-time we order.

  Terrible service. Terrible food because the service is terrible. And they constantly forget stuff, whether your standing there waiting on your order or getting it delivered. You can count on it being messed up.

  the new pan pizza is a total catfish - it's just awkward fluffy pizza instead of having a crispy pan crust. it also has the price of a large and is given as the size of a small. they forgot my blue cheese for the wings, but sometimes that happens. I tried to leave a review with the order confirmation instead of on Maps, but the email link doesnt work.

  Makes complete sense that this shop has a 3 star review. Did not expect much higher than that considering the lack of service. We placed an order for dinner at 1800 (through Papa John’s website) with an expected delivery of 1900. Around 1840, a “door dash” driver calls and claims “the road is closed, YOU need to send me an alternate route to your house”. Befuddled since there is no closed route to our house. The driver indicated he would figure it out. Fast forward 30 minutes and we get a call stating the door dash driver brought the order back to Papa John’s. My wife had to go pick it up, yet the Door Dash driver marked the order complete and was told by the manager of Papa John’s that they “can’t refund the $12 tip, nor the delivery charge”. Why? So, the individual that YOUR company chose who was incompetent decided not to do their job, we still have to front a tip for them to do absolutely nothing? Why kind of service is that? Its robbery is what it is. This is the absolute last time we will order from this location! When my wife picked up the food, the manager was rude, had zero regard to the failure on their behalf, indicated there was nothing they could do. Therefore we ultimately paid $70 for cold food and waited close to 2 hours to finally get the food. Absolutely worthless!
