Every time it seems like I try to use a reward on the kiosk It won’t work. Freezes up and the cashier usually helps but tonight she didn’t like people rely on deals to eat now a days and I get scammed and have to wait 15 minutes for no reason

Definitely will no longer be going to this McDonald's, the staff have been nothing but rude and extremely untrained. I was just up there recently and I got charged for someone else's higher meal (Didn't notice until I was parked to wait and reading it over) and I didn't pay attention till she brought me my food. Funny enough it was the right food that was still brought to me. Also when I asked her about she just looked at me blankly and basically said what do you want me to do about it. I told her to just take the receipt and make sure the 2 boys behind me paid for my food, seeing as I paid for theirs. Before they were allowed to receive their food. I doubt she did that, which means they just got free food from me, with no form of consequence. The world is not a game, and nothing is for free. I don't have the receipt but I know my jeep is hella noticable on camera. I'm sure the incident can be tracked on camera. If you would like to know more McDonald's about your untrained staff at this store. As I have had many repeat issues lately. Even once had a lady flip me off and call me stupid after I got off a 14hr shift and went to the wrong McDonald's. Anyways thank you for your time. I like McDonald's just not the staffing at this one.

This was by far the WORST experience I have had with this location. The fries were soggy and cold. The cheeseburgers were sloppy and extremely greasy. The nuggets stuck together like glue. I vomited all night and this morning. Just because it is “fast food” doesn’t mean it has to be complete garbage. Too expensive for that! Won’t be back.

the blonde girl is extremely RUDE. spilled the drink on my significant other and just said “my fault” and slammed the window. i went for 2 apple pies and a chips ahoy frappe. she acted like it bothered her so much. sorry for making u do ur job. this is the worst location ive ever been too

they messed up my order two times and when I called the second time, the manager laughed at me and refused to fix my order because she said that I was already up there To get my order fixed and I told her that they screwed up again and she said do you have a receipt and I said I’m looking at it right now and I have two cheeseburgers in my bag, but my receipt says that I ordered two 10 piece chicken nuggets and she said well you should’ve came inside and showed me the receipt and I told her but you told me to go through the drive-thru and that you would just let them know and then she hung up on me and I called back and told her that she was very unprofessional and she started laughing and I asked for her name and she refused to do that and hung up on me again. The were very unprofessional and they had no idea what they were doing
