5 stars to the staff, honestly. 1 star for Mcdonalds as a whole because despite raising prices to sit down levels, there is no longer a self-serve drink station. Employees have to make drinks on top of everything else, and you now have to pay for a refill.

I went inside to inquire if I could change my mobile drive thru order to a counter pick up order. I was greeted by a kind man who acted like this was a normal request. He then notified the staff by repeating himself 3 times. After I waited for 10 minutes, I decided to check and make sure they knew I was there. Again the kind man asked the staff if they had my order. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I accepted that I needed to go thru the drive-thru. At the drive thru, the woman accused the kind counter worker of cancelling my order. I assured her he did nothing but try to help me. She proceeded to get the manager. A male's voice came on and said he was the manager. He asked what was on my order because he had no way of looking up my order. I began telling him my order and after only stating one item, he cut me off and said he found it! Really, I thought he couldn't look up orders. By the way, I can see all my past orders on my app, you're telling me a multi-million dollar company doesn't have the technology to review what they have sold in a day. Nevertheless, I pulled around. I asked the window lady for the GMs contact info. She said she was the GM. I find this unbelievable for three reasons. First, why is the GM working the window. Second, perhaps if she was managing instead of working the window my situation would not have happened. Third, she went outside on break at 11:40... in the midst of lunch rush? I know this because it was during the time I was waiting inside the restaurant.
if these are in fact your manager and general manager, I would recommend additional training on your computer systems and customer service.
