Ordered a plain turkey sandwich, the guy told me I could not get it toasted. Apparently its policy and they are not allowed to toast certain sandwiches. Odd but okay? Got home and this is what I got....its a plain turkey, so I understand its going to be a little thin...uh but come on. Ridiculous.

Last week order goes through this at 7:30 pm. They call and say they are closed for pick up . Today they are out of bread. At 7:45. Takes 5 days to get a refund from these people. Horrible customer service.

Worst two sandwiches we have EVER had at ANY Jimmy John’s! Definitely wasn’t worth the money, plus the tables were filthy! If I could give no stars, I would.
