  Best experience at a fazolis yet and we aren’t even from this area. We live in southern Illinois area and nothing compares to the hospitality we experienced tonight. Even widen we came in the doors after nine at night everyone was still so welcoming. The GM guy named Rob was so welcoming , understanding and personable and just made our day for sure . I will definitly recommend this to our friends and will be back tomm as well.

  Had to leave a quick shoutout for Fazoli’s because the service tonight was chef’s kiss. Syd took care of me and she was seriously the sweetest. Super friendly, patient, and on top of everything even while it was busy. You can tell she actually cares about the customers, which makes such a difference. My order was fresh, hot, and exactly right, but honestly her attitude is what stood out most. Give that girl a raise because she is doing the Lord’s work with those breadsticks. Will definitely be back!

  I had a wonderful experience with Fazoli's! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot—everything tasted amazing. Rob Marino is always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. And that Tuesday kids meal deal, you cant beat that!!! Overall, great experience, and I’ll definitely be using the catering service soon!

  “Where the Breadsticks Are Free and So Is My Will to Live” I walked into Fazoli’s expecting a normal fast‑casual pasta situation. What I got instead was a full‑blown spiritual awakening powered entirely by garlic butter and carbohydrates. The moment I sat down, a worker appeared out of thin air like a carb‑based guardian angel and whispered the most beautiful words ever spoken: “Would you like more breadsticks?” Would I like more breadsticks? Friend, I would like ALL the breadsticks. I would like enough breadsticks to build a small, buttery fort and live inside it forever. The food came out faster than my last relationship ended. I blinked and suddenly there was a mountain of spaghetti in front of me, steaming like it had been forged in the fires of Mount Alfredo. The portion sizes are so generous I’m convinced Fazoli’s is single‑handedly keeping America’s Tupperware industry alive through leftovers alone. The breadstick guy came back every 90 seconds like he was checking on a newborn. I’ve never felt so cared for. My own family doesn’t check on me this much. The vibe inside Fazoli’s is unmatched. It’s like someone said, “What if Olive Garden, but with the energy of a gas station that sells dreams?” And honestly, it works. It works too well. By the time I left, I was 40% pasta, 60% garlic butter, and 100% ready to make terrible decisions again just so I’d have an excuse to come back. Five stars. Would drown in Alfredo here again. Would let the breadstick guy officiate my wedding.

  Came in about 5pm 2.1.26 girl at the register was very polite and nice, we ordered chicken Alfredo and the what we will call the cook yelled through the window that he is out of chicken looked and sounded very annoyed that any customer dare order chicken. She asked how long it would be until done and he said I don’t know like 10 minutes.i said that is fine we will wait, we were served 3 breadsticks for the 3 of us, my husband went back up to get more and the girl asked if there were more and the cook said no… I’ll have to cook more.. again very annoyed. We waited about 10 mins and gathered our stuff to leave and grab some on our way out and there was no front end girl in site, my husband stood there waiting and the cook walked passed 3 different times and said nothing. This was the worst experience I have had here!! If the kid don’t like his job/having to work he should definitely not be in this line of work!
