Arnold Seven Brew has become very disappointing the last several times my wife and I have been. Very very inconsistent with the taste of the drinks. Not enough of this, not enough of that….they never taste the same visit to visit and lately they are not even close. Money doesn’t grow on trees but I am willing to spend it on a decent product. Needless to say this isn’t it. Kirkwood location doesn’t seem to have this issue. No issues with the young staff but the product is not up to par.

Been going to this 7brew almost everyday since it opened and had my worst experience I’ve ever had at a 7brew. Girl had short curly black and purple hair. I asked for a 7energy with light ice. Like barely any ice with a fill and the guy putting in my order was great and read my order back to me. But once I got my drink, the girl with the curly hair grabbed my drink and said maam that’s light ice. And I’m like so sorry I come here literally everyday this is not light ice and I had other type of gunk inside of my drink so I asked hey what is it and she walked away from me saying “whatever you think” and slammed the sliding door. Very very rude.

Seven Brews has amazing drinks, and an overall positive atmosphere. I was so excited to go to Arnold because my new job is closer to it. I have been here multiple times trying to give it a chance after multiple times getting the wrong drink (accidents happen and they’re a newer store after all). However here the manager’s attitude is something I have never seen before. Unprofessional, condescending, and just plain rude. I am usually understanding about these things, but this was the worst service I’ve ever had! Think I’ll be sticking to Kirkwood even if it’s a further drive for me now.

All I can say is the order we always get at 7 brew, which is large hot mochas is as great as ever. We frequent locations in Kirkwood and Crystal City. However, the service and atomsphere at the Arnold location leaves something to be desired. We were not able to place our order until we rolled up to the place you receive/ pay for orders. This resulted in quite a wait. In fact what appeared to be the only person making the orders had to ask the others to step it up as the Mochas had been made and setting for a time. Also hearing employee conversation in the area was disturbing as it was one employee threatening another and mentioning issues related to wealth. This banter is totally inappropriate.

I have been to many 7 brews as I enjoy it a lot. When the Arnold 7 brew was built, I was so happy to have one close to home. I was nothing but disappointed. This location never fails to make me upset. My drink cup is always dirty, like having black specks floating in my drink or other liquid on my lid. The workers tend to only take orders from one lane and leave the other lane sitting for about 10-15 minutes. I also have experienced my drink being made wrong or in the wrong size multiple times. My drinks typically taste fine, but I find that other locations make better drinks. Every time I go to the Arnold location, I leave annoyed and upset.
