7 Brew is a one-of-a-kind drive-thru concept that offers a fun and energetic vibe, along with a wide array of coffee beverages, infused energy drinks, Italian sodas, smoothies, teas, and milkshakes.
I finally tried Seven Brew, and while I wanted a frozen banana bread drink, what I got was a lukewarm lesson in expectations.
The wait was about 13–15 minutes, which honestly isn’t bad. I ordered a banana bread frozen drink and paid for a frosted beverage, but somehow ended up with an iced drink instead. Not frozen. Not what I ordered. Still drinkable, just not what my soul signed up for.
The poor kid taking my order looked about 17 and was standing outside in 60° wind and rain with no coat. I felt bad for her, so I gave her grace on the attitude. I’d probably be grumpy too if Mother Nature was beefing with me mid-shift.
Inside, there was a lot of loud cheering and yelling. I asked, genuinely curious, what was going on and got a sarcastic “they just like to have fun” response. Cool, cool. I wasn’t judging, just confused and under-caffeinated.
Overall, it feels like they’re aiming for Chick-fil-A vibes but forgot the part where the order is right and the service is friendly. Not a terrible experience, but not one that has me racing back anytime soon.

I can see why kids and young people like it. Everything is sweet and doesn’t taste like coffee at all. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for coffee, or good coffee. The workers were friendly and the line moved fast but I gave it 3 stars because the drink was just ok even though I knew it would be sweet and not like Starbucks, but I had a coupon and wanted to try it. You can adjust the sweetness when you order, but I don't think the coffee is good brewed coffee like Starbucks from what I could taste in my drink so I'm not sure it would be better that way. It’s an insane and unnecessary amount of ice in the cup too- mounded over the top of the cup with ice (just like in the pictures on their website)- which I don’t like for an expensive drink. By the time I fished all the ice out the drink was about a quarter of the cup and was gone in about 4 swallows. I won’t be back for that reason alone. There's also no menu with prices in plain view anywhere. Not even on the back of the workers' ipads like at Chick Fil A. The only way I knew what they had was the tiny menu that was on the coupon I got in the mail, and that didn't have prices on it either. But it's trendy so kids who don't care about prices or too much ice or coffee will like it.

7 Brew Coffee never disappoints. The coffee is consistently great—smooth, flavorful, and made exactly how you want it every time. What really sets them apart is the service. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and incredibly fast, even during busy times. You’re in and out with a high-quality drink and a smile. It’s easily one of the best drive-thru coffee experiences around. Highly recommend!

While the short time it has been opened you can tell these are all very new employees. I had a drink made for me made with no flavors, and when I went around to get it re-made an employee asked to try it and took a sip from my straw, very unprofessional. The service is extremely slow I have waited 35 minutes for a drink. The service of the employees always seems to be sarcastic complaining. Doesn’t make my time here pleasant. Complaining about wanting to leave, not getting tips, and how busy they are. Perhaps need some better social skills.

I stopped at this 7 brews on Dec 22
around 130-2. I'm not familiar with this area. I'm turning into the left lane and this lady worker was so rude gave me some dirty looks even the 9 year old said something about the looks she gave me. She told me to go behind a black truck on the right side, so I did. He finally moved up so there was no cars on the left so i went around him and she was so mad and continued to give me looks. This other girl came to my car and ask how I'm doing i told her terrible that her coworker was so rude. I ordered a large sf white chocolate latte and the two kids ordered med chocolate shakes. We got
are stuff and the two chocolate shakes where eggnog thats what i think they were. They threw them away. I'm disappointed because I go to 7 brews in University city 3x's a week. At that location they always wave you over if one lane is shorter than the other and always has a smile on their face. Debby
