  By far the worst DQ I’ve ever been to I order online so I can pick it up and go order 15-20 mins ahead of the time I’m gonna be there when I get there it says my order is ready I walk in and they haven’t even started on it… what the point of having online ordering if you have to stand there for 30 mins after you get there….

  I always like the ice cream. Food is always greasy but thats to be expected from dairy queen food. But Earlier when I went, all I was trying to order was a chocolate strawberry blizzard. I said what I wanted and the employee in drive thru told me I "spoke too loud and distorted the speaker" so I spoke quieter, and he asked for me to be quieter again. I got quieter each time, and the 3rd time he said I "got louder" with a very rude tone of voice. I then said it again even quieter, was misheard as just chocolate, and he told me they did not have chocolate ice cream?? I wasn't asking for that?? The first work I said was strawberry?? The entire situation I was spoken to very rudely. I won't be back here, I don't even like dairy queen food I just wanted a blizzard.

  I went to this Dairy Queen for a MINT OREO blizzard. They seemed to prioritize drive-thru heavily over serving their other customers because I waited behind a guy 15 minutes until they took his order. After they took his order it was my turn in line, and the person up front straight up walked away and I had to wait another 15 minutes. Once I ordered my food, the lady asked for my name, age, grade, what school I go and other relatively personal information. I waited 10 minutes for my blizzard after that! Absolutely horrendous customer service. Edit: Just finished my blizzard and I tasted Reese’s peanut butter cups. Imagine if I was allergic to peanut butter! Health hazard btw

  The food was great and so was the service however, my blizzard, cotten candy, and it had, like, grave cracker or something in it. This is not a concern for me as I do not have any allergies; my point is that those with allergies could end up hospitalized or dead because of cross contamination and it should be taken seriously.

  The employees don’t speak English very well, so interactions are very awkward. I get why so many reviewers complain about orders being messed up or verbal communication being limited. My order online was a different price than what they charged me at the restaurant. I saw another review note a similar issue.
