  If you're not going to honor your sign that says if they don't offer you a pretzel or something else you get $2 off coupon then you need to remove it, every time we ask for it because we're not asked if we want those add-ons the employees tell us they don't know where the coupons are. Also tonight my husband purchased a BLT and it had one piece of bacon cut into three pieces on the whole sandwich pretty shotty we absolutely will not be returning

  I have yet to have a bad experience here! Whether I order through the app or in person, the food is always great and served quickly. I visit at various times of the day, and the consistency is impressive, as I never run into issues. I specifically want to shout out Lisa and Charlie; they are fantastic! Charlie clearly knows his stuff and treats guests with great respect, and Lisa is incredibly kind and helpful every time I interact with her. She is truly an amazing person!
