This is the second time that this has happened at this location. There were 3-4 Cars in front of us and I ordered a peanut butter parfait. We waited and we got to the window and paid and she immediately handed the bag over, I instantly thought, dear God I hope this has not been sitting the whole time melting and it just explodes everywhere when I open the lid. I opened it literally right after we paid and that is exactly what happened. Why would you mix cold ice cream with very hot fudge and then just let it sit while you take 10 minutes to make other people’s food so then I had ice cream and hot fudge all over me in the car and I didn’t get to enjoy my dessert because the Ice cream was so melted. The photo is after I spent 4 minutes trying to clean up the mess. Thanks for wasting my time & money.

For being slammed, everything was correct, everyone was working, there was no chaos and the management was helping out! I would love to take another thousand orders from this location. 5 stars all the way. Everyone deserves a raise!
