- ESE SMar 22, 20262.0Pregnant and can't eat anything. I got a craving for the chicken strips and gravy. Placed an online order and went to pick it up. Got home and realized they forgot the gravy and the fries were cold to the touch. My husband called and asked if we could bring the food back (their policy) and get gravy and new fries since the last were bad but would be even worse a second round trip. They took the bag from him, added the gravy, and handed him the same bag back. Annoying but whatever. I dont have the energy or time to stay at a DQ for half way decent food taking several attempts. Really they were not worried about putting the best out. Now I have chicken strips and fries that have been back and forth to this location and the gravy is the worst I've had. It was cold and clumpy.
