    Same as past visits, my burger and bun looked like ot was squished under a tire. Presentation still hasn't improved.

    Zero service, forced to use kiosk to order. Huge pain when wanted certain items customized for food allergies. Order took a long time as well.

    This location has been great for a while, but lately I'm getting cold, dry food and soggy fries. It's my only local store so I really hope things improve soon otherwise I'll be driving to Rochester instead. Also, some of the recent employee hires are very rude. I don't like being up at 6am either but I do my best to be pleasent. This location needs a review by corporate.
