Secondly, I went there for the holiday nog shake and thought it tasted more like vanilla. I also didn’t recall sprinkles being listed in it so when I got home I looked it up again and sprinkles were not supposed to be in it. Disappointed because that was why I went there and I think I either got someone else’s shake or they just made mine incorrectly. I’ll try again ordering with the Rochester DQ

I'm curious how long they would have let me wait. I was there for 30 minutes. Doors were locked but they weren't closed. When I finally talked to a worker she was incredibly rude. I know they can't change that in the app so hopefully this helps someone else. I wouldn't bother ordering online at this location.
