Had to repeat the order three times, the last time shouting for it to be heard. Pulled up to the window and the order was still wrong. Lots of background noise so I raised my voice to be heard again and then the woman taking my order scolded me, told me that I was very rude. I was shocked because I wasn’t even mad. She must have been having a bad day. I’ve never been scolded by any employees in my life. Made for a memorable experience but had to give a review. For me, really hard to use the drive thru and was treated rudely.
