  Service was fast, food was hot, bathrooms were clean so overall a good restaurant. Mint cone on the poster was appetizing looking but what I received looked very different. I would try this location again but oreder a blizzard.😋

  I say this from an employee to the customer side. This location does its diligence to ensure the food is fresh, the treats are cold, and the environment is clean. Seldom will you find friendlier people willing to help you have a better experience like this Dairy Queen.

  Doors were locked at 7:30 pm despite being open until 9 pm. Customers were inside, so...were they waiting since 7, employees playing favorites? I don't know. Joined the long line in the drive thru so apparently this is a known issue with this location. Slightly annoying that a business is open but only to drive thru. Was tempted to order on the app and make them come deliver curbside, but I assumed the wait would exorbitantly long. Based on multiple reviews stating the same issue perhaps the district lead or DQ corporate should have a discussion with this store manager and employees about basic food service practices and expectations. The employee on the speaker was polite, so...good job I guess. I will likely be going to the Hastings, MN location instead.
