    Took forever to make, Icecream was melted, on a cold day too, I asked for a plain cheeseburger, they put everything. EVERYTHING, in the burger, and there was only a few people in line. It shouldn’t be that hard to make a plain cheeseburger. Do better.

    I can not believe the audacity the staff here has! I was refused to be given my change, the teen at the register repeatedly saying about how I ordered a butterfinger blizzard. Any reasonable person would know that outside matters like blizzards and my money have nothing in common! Not to add that her personal style was less then appealing and the rest of the staff was doing her job! All I wish is to get my rightfully owed money back, even if it is only a few cents in the grand scheme of things. The money due to me should be of the highest priority. If you have my money, please return it as I was nothing but humble and kind to you.

    When you order a chili dog you expect it be placed in the bag flat, did they? No, they placed it in the bag on end so all the chili flowed to the end of the packaging and spilled all over me and my truck when I opened it. Very incompetent for a fast food place.

    Today my family ordered 3 blizzards through the drive through. When we got home to enjoy them we found all 3 were made incorrectly with wrong ingredients in every single one of them. We called to talk to the on duty manager to let him know the orders were wrong and we wanted to let them know. We were answered with a delayed and insincere/condescending.."sorry" that was flat. Nothing else. There was no I'm sorry that happened, is there anything we can do, we'll talk to the staff..... very unprofessional. The manager on duty needs training in customer service. We'll go to Baskin Robins from now on! I will be contacting the owner also. So frustrating.
